Being vegetarian

Why, in this season of good will groaning tables and obvious over consumption, is it almost impossible to have a meal out in a ‘standard’ pub / eatery without being left with the choice of Goats Cheese something or other or a rissotto?

  1. I laughed at this. I just had to comment. Actually I snorted, I thought it was that funny. Amidst your serious doom and gloom, up pops the old perennial of – what choice does a veg have to eat? (loads in America it seems). Anyway, you forgot veg lasagna and veg curry.

Glad you were able to see through the stygian gloom of the other posts to find this ray of sunshine?

England under ConDemmed = Stygian gloom! Re veggie option: You just hang out with the wrong people and therefore don’t know the good, cheap and cheerful veggie venues 🙂

  4. What’s happened to the pic? I can’t remember what it was but apparently it was dangerous.

That’s what comes of writing about being vegetarian.

    • Not a clue what happened, as you say dangerous, perhaps subversive. They must have got the subliminal message Veggies of the world unite under your new leader, Ocra bin Lentil
