A walk in Southern England along the downs

After supper it is my habit to walk, exercise I am told, is good for me. ‘The One’ and I have a special feel for the chalk downland near to where we live. It is a place of magic and mystery, particularly at this time of year.

The skies are magnificent and the photo’s really do not do justice to the views.

As we walk the winding paths the sun drops below the horizon that is Woolstonbury.

    There’s something very special about watching the sun go down, and I agree, photos are never able to portray the sight and atmosphere of the moment.
